About
1More Training wasn’t built around the idea of becoming a trainer—it was built around me, Perrion, and my journey to make it to the NBA. The goal? Get there by any means necessary. That meant 1more late night in the gym, 1more rep, and staying locked in around people who pushed me and motivated me to be the best I could be. No shortcuts. Just work.
What started as my personal grind turned into a movement. I’ve had the privilege of playing in the NBA, hooping overseas, and learning from some of the best in the game. Now, I bring that same fire and knowledge to the next generation—NBA players, overseas pros, college players, and youth putting.

Personal Basketball Training
I am personal basketball development trainer with NBA and overseas experience. Having worked with NBA players and athletes at all levels, the focus is on the work—getting better every day.
It’s all about pushing you to the next level—working on your skills and using each session as an opportunity to grow and separate yourself from the rest. If you’re serious about the game and ready to put in real work, let’s get to it.

Personal Plyometrics Training
I specialize in high-intensity plyometrics training designed to build explosive power, speed, and agility. Whether you’re trying to jump higher, move quicker, or become more dynamic in your sport, my sessions are built to push you past your limits.
Through a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance work, and sport-specific drills, I focus on improving vertical explosiveness, fast-twitch muscle response, coordination, and overall athletic performance.
